Description
My approach is warm, collaborative and holistic, and I work with adults and couples. My specialties are anxiety, complex developmental trauma, relational trauma and attachment, intergenerational trauma, narcissistic abuse, sexual abuse, climate anxiety. I also support multicultural and bi-cultural individuals explore identity, belonging, and the complexities of living between cultures. My approach is attachment and trauma-informed, and I blend various orientations to support healing body, mind and spirit. I am trained in Focusing, Brainspotting, IFS-informed, Jungian/Dreamwork, Ecotherapy, EFT. For those interested, I also incorporate archetypal astrology. Healing is possible, let`s work together to move towards a fulfilling life!
